Mundanely interesting … today

An old tradition long observed with previous Honda co-workers is to share pie on Pi Day (3.14159 …. you know the drill). I hosted the annual get-together this year, so it was coffee and pie at my house this morning. Today is also Jiro’s 9th birthday, so there’s an extra reason to celebrate! (You can see his behind in the photo below.)
What to do on a cold Friday afternoon?
Took advantage of today’s excellent weather and brought Jiro to the nearest dog park. Dog day afternoon!
Painters working outside the house spilled some paint in the backyard and forgot to clean it up before they packed up for the day. Of course, Jiro finds it and rolls around on it. Luckily, it was water-based paint and came off rather easily.
Jiro continues to find ways to enjoy the sun from inside the house.
